Best that I love about this company - Giving new mothers a long paid break to take care of their babies. Making sure everyone has good health insurance. Helping employees keep learning and growing in their careers. Having friendly co-workers who support each other. Lots of chances to learn new things. Paying well and making sure employees are happy with their salary.

There isn't much space for slacking off here; you need to stay attentive and proactive.

I truly enjoy my job. I've been learning a lot about managing my assigned responsibilities. My colleagues have been extremely supportive. We not only work well together but also have fun. We celebrate even the smallest achievements with enthusiasm in office, and regularly have engaging in-house activities. I genuinely appreciate the positive atmosphere here and am thankful for the job opportunity.

This place has lots of chances foe everyone, but it's important to grab them yourself, especially if you're new. People here work together openly, and being on a team with creative thinkers is exciting. If you do your best, you'll get noticed for sure. Plus, learning and growing here really push you head. Once you've done that, there's no stopping how far you can go.

Before working here, I had switched through three different jobs, and I can say this company pays its employees really well, considering their experience and knowledge. Within just three years of starting up, things took a turn for the worse in terms of company culture. Many employees started leaving on their own because they didn't feel their jobs were secure and the atmosphere wasn't good. The people in charge, especially those in authority and top positions, seem to show favoritism. Even the potential leaders decided to leave because they didn't agree with how things were being done. Even though the company might offer attractive salaries, people who come from renowned institutions usually don't last long because there are not many opportunities to learn and grow. I started working on wizklub which now acquired by infinity learn. Parent company is Sri Chaitanya. Well I will not say anything about Sri chaitanya because it has a legacy of working in education from past 38 years. And doing good . In wizklub working was very good scope of growth was there.

1) unrealistic expectations from employees. 2) impossible targets 3) no marketing 4) no special campaigns to reach prospect customers. 5) micromanagement 6) no extra time bonus 7) 13+ working hours daily not including travel time. 8) 7 days offical working 9) even make work on holiday 10) no bonus on working on holiday. 11) no leave on national holiday ( no leave on Eid ) 12) no work from home options in extreme condition. 13) no appreciation for hard work 14) no decency in conversation from managers 15) firing without giving performance improvement program or any notice. 16) not approved your own leave to take for personal and family emergency....Read More
