Likes

Work is good with good exposure. Lots to learn provided one has unbelievably thick skin, extreme levels of tolerance, and is commendably good at buttering up seniors.

Dislikes

1. Zero Job Security 2. Work atmosphere is severely toxic 3. Open use of foul language and verbal abuse by department heads towards their subordinates. 4. Unregulated policies are overlooked by top management. 5. Except for a few, most departments and administration are headed by family members, extended family members, and family friends, so no scope of growth ever. 6. Dislikes

Very few Kolkata based projects as most of the upcoming properties are outstation. Also, projects tend to move slowly
