There is a fixed time job from 9.30am to 6pm. Friendly Environment.

Dislikes

There is no fixed Sat off..In a month one will get only one sat off and that is also not fixed.the boss will let you knw on friday evening that sat is working or not working. Second there is no leave policy.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
