I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Detection has completed 30 years in market . Regularly gets projects in F&G due to monopoly and low competition. The company can reach new heights if managed properly

There is no salary growth since last 2 years, No incentives, No medical policy, Nothing except salary, Leave policy is pathetic , You have to earn 30 PL first before using them. you earn 2 pl every month so you cant use your Pl till at atleast 2 years are completed
