Work Life Balance is simply outstanding, company culture as well and learning possibilities too. Superiors are easily reachable and always available. Meetings with superiors starts always in time and very rarely are cancelled.

Dislikes

Way too much competition between peers. You cannot trust anyone because who seems to be a friend can turn into your enemy anytime anywhere. Grassing happens everyday, warmly supported by hierarchy. No way to get career advancement based on results: career path is a lot advertised but de-facto blocked because the only target of HR is to keep costs low</mark>. Unions are just useful to organize nice events and HR (which is an exclusive club) every time there is an itching questions simply does not answer and puts off indefinitely...Read More

Very poor office work space design. The work space looks like a call center, with no private space. Not many opportunities for growth as the site doesn't have too many projects. Management has a narrow vision, and fixed ideas on how things need to be done. They will discuss with you toshow they are interested, but will do what they have already decided. Cypress provides a good work life balance environment, where you can explore new opportunities and learn stuff. They have some good guys, who will always be willing to help you out. You can be yourself and work happily here

The negative about cypress is the poor planning and management by board level. Even though execution and product development is good, the management always impedes in proper delivery. We loose valuable customers and market position due to this. And, higher management assigns openings to team which doesn't require them, thus making ist nearly impossible for some teams to carry out work. India site management is kind of not that great.
