Worst strategy for any project, they keep doing 1 project for whole year with different approaches and at the end of year no results There is nothing permanent, today you might be working with team a next day you can be shifted to team b Compliance team is horrible, I have not heard and seen such compliance function accross the world. Some people in compliance team behave very poorly and even harass women in the office. Their compliance policies are terrible!!! Some people in the office have been with the company for 4 to 6 years , but they lack knowledge and now they are manager. Its very sad they are micromanaging things.
