1. No Systematic way of working. 2. Work culture within the company is pathaetic. 3. Every small decision will be taken by CEO & MD only and there will not be any power to Plant Head. 4. No idividual ownership within the managemennt employees. 5. Wrong communications are flown directly to CEO & MD from down the level and the middle management communications are not considered. 6. The realistic problems are never addressed and sorted out . The top management assumes the problem in different direction and expects the same to be accepted and sorted out by the middle management. 7. Politics & Groupism within the company.
