I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. No idividual ownership within the managemennt employees. 5. Wrong communications are flown directly to CEO & MD from down the level and the middle management communications are not considered. 6. The realistic problems are never addressed and sorted out . The top management assumes the problem in different direction and expects the same to be accepted and sorted out by the middle management. 7. Politics & Groupism within the company.
