Work Culture is good. Client Base to work and to grow your personal Enterprise skills and development is excellent.

Dislikes

Lack in Management and HR Policies. Working Conditions at Regional Offices are not Upto the Mark or not adequate at Corporate Level. Also lack in Inhouse Career growth and development. Also lack in understanding Employees Issues and Concern at Management Level.

Work Details

Job and Profile is good for self development at Enterprise level but when comes to Career Growth and Employees Conserns, it's not good place to work with due to inside politics.

They have laid off me due to covid - 19

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are low. Its been many years since the company has started but still it works as a start up company. Dominated by certain peoples. Job security is very low. No incentive, No TA & DA.
