Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work Details

The job quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Team work energy is very high regarding EHS. They support to each other. Here is educating culture no blaming culture & this is the good part of this company.

i am working with GE from third party because of this here no job security. & it is the biggest upset part of this job.

There is nothing to like. If you don't have any job and ready to handle politics and change in policy every month, you are fit for this role.

Lot of Internal Department issue. Lots of politics. They say they want change but not ready to accept any change. If you want to degrade your skill this is the right place. Lot of managers have left the company within 6-12months. They don't care for Fire Persons health or hygiene. The kind of work HR's do, they are getting very lowPay for HR executive's . They have kept the HR department so that the blame can be put on someone for everything. Senior Manager don't support executives and top management never listens to issue, had to deal with politics which affects your mental health. People have left due to politics and mental health. Commercial, Billing, IR and HR has zero % coordination. As soon as you join here you will hear only negative things from people who are working for more than 2-3years. All they do is blame game.
