Good company for beginners to improve their skills from base. Work culture, Salary are fairly okay. For summing up, it is good for beginners.

There is minimal in the Carrier growth after the two years.Also the annual increment is very low percentage and salary based on customer billing.

Faced few difficulties in the work culture while came from college. But after getting familiar with team and project learnt everything on the Job and work ethics.
