Focus on branch management, like gave proper branch staff, equipment ( passbook printer, sitting chair, good connection of internet etc) .

Dislikes

Branch far from market, account opening distance criteria like 500 mts only, some minor approval also take from ZH, account close approval also taken from ZH. Without branch staff or customer consent high value debit card dispatch etc.

Salary and benefits, promotion appraisal criteria is ok. Secured job.

Dislikes

The work culture is very poor. So much politics. 0% worked satisfaction. Effected personal life.

I had applied for rehire in the bank for the role of sales manager. I waited for the job offer after documentation for almost one and a half month. Every day during follow up I used to get different reasons from HR for the delay. Due to the commitment with the interviewer I rejected the offer I got from 2 companies. After all this what I get to hear from HR is that my job application has got rejected because for last many years I was not in the banking sector and I dont have banking experience. You have to work as the boss says but you have to live as the boss says, if you are not an employee of the bank, you have to be a slave of the boss, in 11 years of experience, the worst experience is indusind bank.

Over all culture very bad Here the boss sometimes has a holiday but we have to work on the holiday too, here the boss has a family but we don't. Here only those who fell from the sky should work because family cannot be given time due to boss's claws

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.

After joining you will not get time to learn the process of the bank. Because they will tell upfront that you have not been hired for providing services to the customer. After completion of 3 months you will start listening that "if you can't then leave the company we can hire 2 more people in your salary". Senior managers are leastbother about your efforts because they want only result. Requesting everyone think 10 times before joining this company. Managers threatening saying " If Life Insurance will not happen today then you will see hell in your life today and go wherever you can complain against me I am least bother" There are lot of things to say but I can not explain everything in this.
