I joined in as MIS Executive but designation on paper is not that. They don't have budget for Business Intelligence Unit. They don't have budget for BIU Team so they are hire you in fake role. Forget about your personal life. You are expected to work till 11 pm to 12 am because all reports from different teams are recieved by EOD and all heads needs updated reports before 9 AM next day so they can start their business day with updated numbers (basically to yell at branch managers). I was very motivated when i started. I had to comply because you can't say no. Managers are terrible are. They yell at you when you make mistakes or not. Because they are always frustrated about not meeting targets and they just take it out on anybody. After working 13-14 hours every day (with lunch and dinner break), . Obviously looking for a change but you don't get a call from someone when you are desperately looking for job change. I will ofcourse eventually change but it's getting very difficult to manage work as I am feeling burnt out. Emotionally and physically. You can't complain to HR they say these are work requirements, either comply or quit. Notice period is of 90 days, that too non negotiable. No buy out option. Either leave without experience letter or wish to god that you get selected by a company who is willing to wait 3 months for you. All things said, please if you get selected as MIS/Business Analyst here, requesting you to just consider everything n times before joining. No amount of money will cover working 13 hours a day that too with so rude behaviour....Read More
