The top management never bothers about employees, they purely depends only with corporate staff, and maintains favoritism, they never likes employees who stays in the organization for more years and never take the experience into count

Even after having 3 years experience of experience from IndusInd bank channel, due to being out of Delhi. I was not able to give my resignation period, due to which the company did not give me my relieving letter. Even after coming back i want give my resignation period but the company had already absconded me. Now my 3 years of hard work has gone waste. And because now i am not able to join any company because every company asking for the relieving latter from my last company. I have a work in consumer finance department and face to the customer suddenly 24hr approval will be cancelled from the MO and i am committed the customer he will be upset that condition very bad for me

I have worked at Indusind bank Contact Centre . There HR were very helpful and they treat every employee as a family member . They try to help them in every moment Wherever they feel needed . Manager and team leaders were also very helpful and guiding the colleague very well and motivates them to achieve their goal They are flexible and friendly in nature . So this was my experience . They can make some plan for outing and it will Help to get connection with the employee and all of them would know each other very well. So they nobody would get bore over there. They can plan some outdoor games too for The fitness of the employee . It will be beneficial for the company growth And will also motivate the employee to do the job passionately. Toxic work culture they made you to work on all Saturday's and even govt holidays and moreover on Sunday also and lot of concalls they won't allow you to work and worst HR and using lot of un parliamentary works etc., hence not to recommend this bank for my enemy also.

Work culture is just pathetic... No place for growth... As a RM, the only ask is to bring your own base of customers and do not depend on the banks books... Bank needs to introspect there approach if they are doing lateral hiring.

How employees are treated. Unwanted demands, systems are not supportive. IT team is not at all helpful. To get a small work done it takes weeks.. Staff shortage always. Very Bad culture.

1. Work culture totally sucks.. there is nothing like wealth. They don't have any book or customers to give. 2. Whatever business happens it happens only on MF churning. 3. Country Head takes call on every Saturday and Sunday. Totally abusive. 4. Out of 4 Zonal Heads 3 of them have resigned. 5. Think before joining because many organization there don't hire from IndusInd Bank.
