1. There is no job security in Synergy department( Vehicle Loan), In IndusInd Bank. 2. Branch people are not at all supportive to provide auto loan leads, because no one focuses on this perticular product. 3.Management are extremely toxic. RSM Mr. Samrat Chakraborty and ASM Mr. Smarajit Bhar this 2 person are extremely toxic and nonsense and Worthless.They will continuously Pressurise to resign forcefully from the organisation,If anyone doesn't achieve their target every month and the target provided by the management is beyond expectations. 4.Here a new employee has the same sales target as a 2 years old vintage employee has. 5.They speaks very bad languages to their team members. 6.Miss Shailaja ( Synergy HR) useless person. Even after having 3 years experience of experience from IndusInd bank channel, due to being out of Delhi. I was not able to give my resignation period, due to which the company did not give me my relieving letter. Even after coming back i want give my resignation period but the company had already absconded me. Now my 3 years of hard work has gone waste. And because now i am not able to join any company because every company asking for the relieving latter from my last company. I had applied for rehire in the bank for the role of sales manager. I waited for the job offer after documentation for almost one and a half month. Every day during follow up I used to get different reasons from HR for the delay. Due to the commitment with the interviewer I rejected the offer I got from 2 companies. After all this what I get to hear from HR is that my job application has got rejected because for last many years I was not in the banking sector and I dont have banking experience. Basic savings account is rs 20k which is very very high.I think bank doesnot know that how to acquire customers like other banks whose basic account starts from rs 2500 like bandhan Bank.And the salary hike is very very low like negligible.

At Opus center, Mumbai, Work culture is very pathetic, the super Manager raises issues which are not even required and are small. Work life balance is poor. Hasim Shaikh is Therki and favour majority female employees. Promotion is poorly done.
