It is a great experience working with IndusInd with more than 10 years. It's good middle size bank where you will find lot Oppunity to learn and growth. It is very much employee friendly bank and management policies are also very much employee friendly.

Till the time Akshay sapru was at the helm , things were wonderful, as they say you don't leave a job you leave your boss

Once the new team came , the entire culture was destroyed , maybe that's what they thought was relevant for the progress of the bank, people were no t valued and only numbers mattered , there was strong advocacy factor that came in
