Job security: There were no layoffs during 2020 pandemic.
Work culture: Not the best. A bit toxic but depends on your director. There are a few 2-3 directors under whom you will get to learn and get have a work culture within team. These are AG(Mumbai), DS
But most of the remaining 8-10 directors have bad work culture within their teams. Stay away from one director from Mumbai office. You will know him once you join the company. Fight with the HR if you are alloted a project under him, else he will make your IVP life hell just for his personal quirks.
Company policies: very employee friendly. Cabs to pick up and drop in Noida. Night cabs in Mumbai, even upto Ulhasnagar and beyond. Good leave policy. 3times food in office. Fruits in refrigerator, fun activities, gifts during annual day(airpods, Alexa, etc)
Management: The very top level: not so ambitious. But there is a lot of growth scope till you reach mid-level Mgmt. Annual revenues of company hover around 40mm mark since last 5 years afaik. So don't expect company and your career to grow at a fast pace once you reach a certain level.

I mean literally shout on you as if it's a father-son relationship.
Your complaining to HR will have no effect since Director=Partner=God>>>>HR. HRs have no power over directors since directors bring business. So CEO shouts on senior Ds, who shout on D's and the culture percolates all the way down.
If you are willing to take up work, be ready to slog 12-14hrs a day 6days a week, with no recognition.
Having said all this, you get to learn a lot at IVP. You will learn more in a year here than you would do in 2years in any other organization. Part of it is because you work more. Also because of a lot of challenging work and startup environment....Read More
