For Teaching:- 1. Almost in each department HoDs are Good & Helpful. 2. Students are very good and sincere. For Non-Teaching:- 1. Workload is limited and office time is 9:00 to 17:00

For Teaching:- 1. Low Salary is being Offered by the HR department. 2. Promotion is very rare. 3. Increment is also very poor. 4. No incentives or perks for Research Publications/Patents/MoUs/Books etc. 5. No Accommodation facilities are available for outside staff. For Non-Teaching:- 1. Salary is Average. 2. No fixed time for salary credit. 3. No promotion in designation, staff who are working for more than 5 to 6 years are in the same position. 4. Departments are overburdened and understaffed. *classes (22-25 hours is normal). *useless meetings. *There will als be pressure for research ouput like publications, project submissions, organising talks and seminars, delivering lectures etc. *4 hors weekly is expected for disciplinary committee where you have to roam around in the campus to see and report any violations of discipline. 2. Zero care for academic excellence. All they want is to complete the formalities. 3. Lots of record keeping in hard and soft copy. 4. Rude supervisors. 5. No Professional person available in university. They don't care about the efforts made for teaching students. Student feedback not shared with professor. There is no transparency in salary structure.
