As far I concern everything is good in company like work culture there is 5 days working and 8 hours shift they also provide cab facility.

I worked as a Executive/Associate Engineer. In a simple words. Didn't join if they hire you as third party payroll. The will kick out whenever they want. In this company manager are enjoying all the time on the other hand other employees working so hard and they will never recognised their work.
