Company very well know for the customer services & we also won an award “Great place to work” & of course we also have great clientele.

The work culture and space at work is one of the best for employees. Lots of internal training. Management is good always thinking to improve. HR is good, Reward & Recognition for every good work. Salary always on time. Learning & development is also good

I have worked with Indiabulls like a family. I have given my 14 yrs to the company but in returns I didn't get any support from my company in this pandemic period. They just do showoff that they think about their employees but reality is different.

Prevoius employees have set business so they can generate 10-20x business from existing client.Company requires 5x business from new employee so its difficult to survive if you dont have potential or client base. Overall very good profesional company where lots of other opportunity like real estate, Manav chopra and team doing very well for improving its business.

Online account opening and other processing system still not good where other doing dkyc for account opening in 5minut with POA declaration uploading system via otp or biomatric also customers are looking where they have user friendly apps and account opening and closing easy through online services.

When I have started, the team was strugling so due to such environment I could not work properly and travelling was big issue.
