No work life balance at all. Immense pressure on the field employees they are not even allowed to go home if they are relocated to place other then home area .Few compliances are limited to papers only not actually followed and the employee have to complete other functions KRA simultaneously looking into their own.

Training in the company as a fresher and after promoting as a Engineer in July-2016 very helpful for shining carrier. Luck one during College placement.☺️

Personal Time can't be managed and high calls during bad weather conditions. (That's is part of this job because we are enabling communication)

Processes are only eye washer. Male dominated organization with beyond control people dynamics. Too much involuntary attrition. Posh policies are available but decisions taken are biased.
