Huge politics, huge manipulation in appraisal ratings. Minimal growth opportunities. Profile of site acquisition is very bad and you will not find a single job in industry for this profile. Salary is very good and they give this to reduce attrition. Experience will not be counted anywhere in the industry. No appreciation for your work if you don't have good relationship with the manager.
