Worked in Delhi circle for a year. It is complete chaos, people are toxic to the core, senior management promotes toxicity calls at odd hours. Personally seen team members having panic attacks and having health issues due to toxic environment *Work life balance goes for a toss. *Site engineers are involved in theft of cables & diesel at sites *Old Estate members take a cut in rent by giving threat to Landlords to remove site *Too much reporting to cross functional heads with no real skill sets *Morning & evening calls are meant to demean and insult team members One should avoid this company at all costs. Poor and cheap office politics, good future for the people who are good at buttering. No value of work and talent. Upper management got managerial roles with lowest education qualifications by buttering. I dont know what CEOs are doing no audit point for such.

No work life balance at all. Immense pressure on the field employees they are not even allowed to go home if they are relocated to place other then home area .Few compliances are limited to papers only not actually followed and the employee have to complete other functions KRA simultaneously looking into their own.

Training in the company as a fresher and after promoting as a Engineer in July-2016 very helpful for shining carrier. Luck one during College placement.☺️

Personal Time can't be managed and high calls during bad weather conditions. (That's is part of this job because we are enabling communication)

Don't expect that this perticular company will praise you even after outstanding work done. here people are credit looters even your manager, from top to bottom they will treat you badly on small issues. very much office politics here and onroll-offroll discrimination.
