Actually no recognition for IR function as it is only seennin 02 Circles out of all 22 Circles. No repoter under you. You have no power and/or say on anything. You are there for contractual manpower optimisation process ans that too with very unscientific way. Huge politics in Circle level and intra departments. What looks very nicefrom outside actually totally opposite in practical experience. Other functions do not like IR function and mainly Operations & Energy functions are involved with huge malpractices which got unnoticed from Corp. After merger with Infratel, the good culture of erstwhile Indus Towers Mgmt. getting overshadowed. Energy function heads and last CCEO (Neeraj Singh) are/were fully involved with some partners who involved in Diesel theft/pilferaging at various sites. Whoever wanted to raise this issue got thrashed by Circle Mgmt. who did an entirely maligning kind of aporoach against him in Corp. and finally compelled such persons to leave his job....Read More
