Good atmosphere, cooperative colleagues, supportive staff, no stayback most of the days, easy access to principal to discuss issues! good infrastructure in class less class strength... overall it's good!

Dislikes

Training for staff not adequate, salary is not as per cbse norms, getting leave is difficult, increase in work load which many a times need to be carried home, decrease in work life balance , not much career growth and risk of asking to leave the job is very high at all times.

Work Details

There is pressure always to perform, lots of correction work and assignments need to be done plus test papers made which is done by ourselves with very little or no help from.data entry operator! Timing has also been increased with add-on bus duty..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
