Office politics, hire and fire policy. They are hiring people with higher salaries and forcing the old employees to resign to maintain a balance. CEO is only good in social media but very rude and doesn't have professionalism. Also if you are great at oiling and buttering people then your job is secured here. Either oil or butter Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Team Lead.

While the company offers substantial learning oppurtunites,there can be challenges in balancing support and development tasks, which might feel overwhelming at times. Additionally, structured training programs or better onboarding processes for freshers could help them adapt more quickly.
