By experimenting with different ways to teach without even running a pilot course often tends to waste time. All this is abandoned in three months. Theoretically there are good ideas but people in position have to be more committed in the implementation. There is a lot of documentation as there is constant change and this is a wasteof time. With my experience I could get my way around. The team I was lucky to work with was dedicated and had all that it takes to tap the best out of the students. There was sharing and a good connect be it colleague or student. Indus offers opportunities for career growth. Personally the experience is enriching. You consider and work towards a purpose in life.
