At Indus, the best part is Employee ideas and solutions are given importance. Good work environment, learning opportunities are very good, and management also give fredom to self learning and technology update, we have daily one hour time to learn new things. Teammates are supportive, we have a cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are ok

Team mates - good , Training - Nonscope to even think about them. Job security - it is entirely depandemt on HR director's mood. He can fire you anytime. No work life balance (only work No life) , work environment - full of strategies & politics.

Honestly there is nothing that you can like except the package that they pay you. No visionary leadership at all. They think lot of unrealistic things which are practically not possible to be implemented so that they become super hit overnight.

Was working in the HR team as an manager but never has any power to take any decisions. role has been pathetic with unrealistic approach from the leadership to fill the positions. They would need a super.duper candidate at the price of an entry level.

No place for experienced people to work there, They deduct your salary even if you are late by 5 mins and they don't see when you are leaving office. Overall the worst company I have worked in my entire career. Best place to learn for freshers.
