Management is very supportive if you are hardworking. Job with inductotherm will give you very good exposure, not only technically. It will also exploring socialisation skills if you are working with service department

3 years bond is there but yes people can do long term job here.

I am working with process lab. Overtime is occasional especially in last financial month. Touring is there. It will be around 10 days per month but company give good compensation as compare to other company
