they offer a good salary, but thats it, no PF, no insurance, no leave encashment, nothing else.

Dislikes

no transparency in the salary, you can get a good salary if you are a good negotiator else you will feel cheated

Work Details

no benefits like free child education, PF, ESI etc. Just good salary if you could negotiate well

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
