the only pros company have is the work from home if it wasnt there no one will survive in the company,

there are plaenty of reasons for disliking the company , the main hated point in the company is management , worst management i ever seen my life ,no experience faculty u will find in company very harsh working hours ...it was 9am to 7.15 pm but they dont leave you till 8-9pm , very low salary hike ...i will recommend you this if u really have no option other than this .

I don't like much but due to Saturday Sunday off, average work life balance.

Very under paying company as compare to working hours and stress level. there is no work satisfaction. we cant get our own paid leaves at our comfort zone.

If you are the person who knows how to please their boss, this company is for you. If you want good salary, learnings, don't fall for work from home scheme and find another company who will value your talent. People here are way ahead in politics, there are no ethics, they will not value no matter how much efforts you put in, they value and promote people who gives information of their colleagues, friends. I received a lot of help from my Project lead as well as my peers in every context which help me grow on professional level as well as personal level. In past 2 years I have not came across such dislike moment while working for the company or people. If there will be any in future, I will steal that opportunity as a learning experience in a positive way.
