The Company per se does not have any culture of ensuring that the employees grow. But some senior employees work hard to ensure that work happens along with individual growth. But then the credit is to the individual and not the organisation.

Dislikes

The organisation is just like any other corporate where you have to ensure your safety and well being and not rely on someone's promises or commitment to give you increment or promotion in future. It lacks culture of a corporate and has absolutely no interest in ensuring development. The work atmosphere is extremely boring. One more very bad part about Indostar is that it absolutely can not function with WFH model as it does not have tools like Skype, Teams etc. It still relies on tools like Any desk to share screen or even exchange data. So in the era where many organisations are adopting hybrid model, Indostar simply doesn't offer WFH because of its limitation of not having basic common tools to facilitate WFH and because of that, even if there is any requirement later for WFH, they communicate through mobile phones....Read More

Work Details

If you land under a good manager, you will have a good growth. But then if you land under a bad one, you may just not grow. The company/ HOD's does not have any interest in monitoring all individuals.
