Indofil is a very good company. I like this company very much & policies are also good. I am working here 5 years. When I joined that time company was just established. I have joined as Sr. Executive-Sales & now I am Sales Manager. Insurance, LTA, Medical, Bonus, Increment, salary each area this company is one of the best. There is a good team here which I like. Compensation is average but slow growth. Work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individuals, unique strengths, that's is why I have take my suggestions in many cases. Moreover, lot of responsibility but no authority.

Work Details

It's challenging but I am enjoying my job. When I joined it was a new company & just established. last Financial year we achieved 650 MT & value was 1.5 Million USD which satisfactory. It was a good achievement. Sometimes disappointed d to heavy workload.
