Fixed timings. All Sat & Sun off. But some Saturday tou need to work due to factories working & they deliberately send their requirements on Saturday as they are jealous of purchase dept. being on weekend off.

No exposure HR's SOP for reimbursement is horrible !! Ultimately they want you to spend on your own if your are supposed to travel for work !! Only fixed job as per SOP Seniors behave as if we ask something for our personal requirement instead of smoothening the work by sharing required details. For half day, fill the stupid leaflet & get signatures of your reporting boss, dept. Head & then HR - despite of having an online HRMS portal. Just need to apply for it from...Read More

Five day working. Best for Womens. Extra activities taken by HR are great. Having cultural events which only allows to perform head offices employees and HRs fevorite employee.

Too much dirty politics. even if you deserving you cant achieve any achievement. HR and department managers are rude and they think they owned their employees. You cant explore your talent due to higher seniors dont like their junior to show talent. One person whoes on leave for 3 month due to his health issue is directly fired without any notice, so no work security at all. Also higher package employees are asked for leaving company and tortured. They recruiting contract base persons even if they hold post degrees, in less sallery....Read More
