No salary on time To many deduction on Ta Da for no reason with limit also. 10 new dealer closed in single year in one territory. Dealer fund are getting blocked. Without your knowledge they will terminate you without paying salary, conveyance is far away. If you will business head or Hr for they will block your number. In simple words no ESI and CSI. Even for employees satisfaction they does not given clearance to their to same even he/her for job many years.

In simple words they are not running company,they running only Lala company,they does not give clearance to their employee even doing job for many years and finally I have to say that they are only for company profit.Product is so cheap.for any financial loss they deducted their employee amount, even vendors also not so happy for their payment.
