Management believe in traditional works except smart work. Ask HR policies before join this company. The policies are totally biased and unfair. These are made for company welfare only. Do not join this company without knowing your employment conditions, ask the conditions before joining. There is no fixed policy for yearly appraisal or salary increment. Take your appraisal policy in written format from the company HR before join this company. Job security is big concern. Company HR can terminate you at any time without prior notice. No leaders, only bosses are there. Work-Life is a big concern. Canteen food is neither free of cost nor eatable. Company is in remote location, no transportation service available nearby company. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
