Overall, my experience at Indo European Services Pvt. Ltd. it has been positive, but there are a few aspects that I believe could be improved for a better work life balance. I genuinely wish that the company would consider transitioning to a 5 day work week. It would help employees maintain better focus and productivity without feeling overworked or burnt out.
