While the day of my joining no company polices I have seen. When it is related to concern people telling its company culture. Nothing I do like about INDO.

Dislikes

People using abusive, bulgur language, senior discriminate there subordinates. Poor work culture

I work here in 12 hrs shift and my boss expects work on weekends. My personal life ruened
