One of the wrost company i have seen all employees have fear factor ,they all are have fear that today we got fired or tommorow, only a single person of this company who wrost all company environment

Dislikes

They fired any emloyee with there prespective if you dont follow dua salam to one person the immediatly fired you such wrost company management is blind and only faith one person

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
