Good team, training is available - though not to the point but efforts are taking.

Dislikes

Too many bosses, GM/Segment Head, President, Cheif Revenue officer and nobody takes responsibility if anything goes wrong. They straightway denies saying "maine to nahi bola tha, isne bina puchhe order laya, toh ab kya kar sakte hai" and then you are culprit in the eyes of management, however if anything is good they takes credit saying "sir maine pichhe lag ke karake liya" to much influence of management in day to day jobs. Full Memo culture and anyone can hold your certain % of salary for non completion of such things which are not at all affecting any financial losses to the co....Read More

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
