Worst administration, they behave like do as I say, not as we do. So many politics. No career growth and salary worst 10,500 person month. You'll get only 1000 rupees hike for working every even years like : 2 years, 4 years. Family based company they need only profits not the employee satisfaction. Nothing good about to say.. they take advantage of your financial situation. Will you work for 6 days in a week and only 11000 salary and in that PF will be deduct ? No hike will be given untill if you work more than 2 years continuously. I suggest instead joining here go join in somewhere. And if you time and money take one good coaching for IT job related skill development then try for fresher. And these company has a branch in Raichur, they will get good salary as compared to Yemmiganur, only reason cost of living.
