One of the biggest drawbacks I felt here is the complete loss of a roadmap when it comes to aspects like team meetings, appraisals and even if there ever was a road map the inability for management to adhere and stick by it.

The Company is just okay... it seems they are struggling to survive.

They are more focused on getting more business and people part is totally ignored to earn more money. Many times I was called by my supervisor after office hours and when I was unable to attend due to personal reasons, I was questioned about my commitment to the role. Even at 11 PM at Night. There are some people in the team who gotpreferential treatment in the team and rest were looked down at and no support was provided to some people. They will call you and schedule inteview for Mobile Testing with 3-4 + experience but take you into support project also they won't even give at least 5% hike on your previous salary and over all experience is worst. How come some one take 4+ years IT stricklty and put you into the irrelevant support project which is zero % useful to 4+ experienced. The Worst.
