One of the best brands to work in the industry. Pay is decent and company looks after in case you are traveling for work. Lot of things to learn on daily basis and you have to be quick enough to come up with alternative in case something goes wrong. Most of the decisions happen at headquarters and India management is very poor in explaining where company is heading. We won't know plans until it happens in reality and you are expected to work with new roles without clarity. Sometimes you have to extend including weekends and festivals as it's a retail brand and then you will be burnt out. Apart from health insurance and on time full salary (including during covid times) there are no HR policy to name in such a huge MNC .
