No structure or style of working, have to work on projects even though you were hired for something else and have less expertise on the work assigned. Lack of acknowledgement for the work you do.

Pathetic work culture at Mumbai Corporate office. Nobody talks with each other. No holidays apart from 3 National Holidays. No Paternity leaves. Job is always on stake here.

Dislikes

They should hire people from healthcare only for atleast middle management. Outsiders don't know about healthcare and they are running the show here, imagine the level of knowledge and experience they will be carrying.

A newly appointed NSM,who is adamant,disrespectful with a foul mouth who always looks down on his team & forces his thoughts & decisions on them. Has no feeling of the day to day market working trends.

No leaves , can fire any time, worst salaries, do something say something ,no commitment ,don't trust their words, think employees as animals. No respect of doctors. Morons supervising doctors by hours not work quality , politics and back biting , worst employee culture ,gender harassment , treat pathologist as third grade docs

Mentally torture job. No care of Employees. No job gaurantee, No future in this job. Manager are doing only politics with Employees. Docotrs are only shouting on coordinator. Na care of patients. HR is not with you at any more. Fake work place certification. Only money making business plan.
