Worst place for nurses. senseless HR department.

Dislikes

There is no job security due to politics of staff. HR will never ask you which difficulty you have to work with us. No chance of promotion. They don't want nursing staff. Always blame on nurses if any kind of mistakes. If you come 5 min late they give you warning letters. I worked with 4 year in indira ivf hospital pvt Ltd but i never suggested any one to come an join.
