A proper corporate culture is not implemented till now. In the domestic centers the clinicians has more over attitude. They understanding that the local centre is not a part of compny , This is the own my private clinic. So I dislike this type of culture.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hile and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

No salary is given for last working month. In spite of giving full resignation on time. Worst cooperation by HR regarding the matter after leaving the job.

Work life was good till I was there in job. But after resignation when it's was there turn to pay last salary, then had only paid 2 days salary istead of paying for 25 working days

Training is good for fresher, career growth also good and some politics culture is included during training ,work environment is properly good but According to work load salary is not satisfied for My designation.

At the current location some staff is not respond in the proper activities they are not understanding of their responsibility.So They are not follow the instructions and orders given by other departments.

I am working with This company As An Embryologist. My all work is very sensitive for Any Ivf lab/hospital .All work is also very interesting so my every next day is a learning day.I know all work of embryology after join this company. Very best company.
