I was working in a third party- payroll so that I dislike the most because everybody treats you like you are not from a direct payroll. Otherwise everything is good.

I was taking care of Customer support wherein the face to face interaction was more, handling daily passenger load, medical emergency, Lost and found section, telephone calls

Dislikes

Salary, Salary breakup- more variables. Very less. Appraisal cycle is very bad...people get Appraisal very late. After 1.4 yrs, bellcurve system. Laptops provided are cheap. Take hell bent of approvals...for any special or medical requests like in equipments, etc. Salary is deducted if not reaching office by 9.30 am
