Likes

There was an excellent work experience in IGIPS, all staff members are supportive and good environment. Institute policies are good and they pay salary on time and also give bonus every year.

Dislikes

There was salary increment issue, they lost their college greenery,because of greenery the college atmosphere was very good. 🙁

Very good work environment. All seniors or respective teaches are supportive. Culture is really very good

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
