The Institution gives you a lot of work oppurtunity, but its up to you how to grab it and utilise it to the benefit of both: the institution and your own self. You Grow with the Institution and the Institution grows with YOU!

Dislikes

Poor Work-Life balance. Besides, the Consultant-patient ratio is poor giving you too little time for your patient which may not be satisfactory for both in some cases especially in the field of Super -specialty. With ever increasing Patient demand and expectation it becomes sometimes difficult to justify the hurried posture you take in dealing with your patients.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
