1) No Work life balance. 2) At the time interview they will inform you will be working in Bangalore. However, when you join the company, they will place somewhere else and tell you that you will be working in another city 30 to 45 days. Even after Months you won't be placed back to Bangalore and after 45 days if you ask your manager, he will tell now you can't go back because you are InCharge of the project so after completion of project only you can go back. 3) Employe will be treated like a salve my upper management 4) No career growth 5) No proper support from management you will be in charge of all activities at site like logistics, billing, Finalizing the vendor coordinate with all internal teams and external teams and you have manage your daily activities at site. 6) You have to work on all days and there is no compensation leave also. If you are not working Sunday's manager will treat will u like nonprofessional engineer. 7) They will hire employee from big companies and treat like Nonprofessional engineer 8) All approvals will give by Company owner even for small amounts.
